As a convenience, the City offers “Bank Collection” for all customers. This option allows the customer to have their bills paid automatically from their bank account. Customers that choose this method of payment will receive their regular bill each month for review and to record the payment for account reconciliation. The payment will be drawn from their bank account prior to the 15th of each month.
If interested in taking advantage of this payment method, please stop by the City Office to complete the necessary paperwork. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify their Bank letting them know they have enrolled in the City’s Bank Collection Program.
