Planning Commission
The Planning Commission considers applications regarding zoning or re-zoning applications in the City of Belleville. The Commission is made up of 7 members, and meets on an as needed basis.

Housing Authority
The Housing Authority has the responsibility of overseeing the finances and decisions concerning the Grandview and East View Apartment complexes. This is a 5 member board.

The Library board receives its authority by statue and oversees the finances and operation of the library. The board meets on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 pm, at the meeting room of the Belleville Public Library.

Convention and Tourism
