The City of Belleville is now offering paperless billing of utility bills.  If you sign up for this option, you will have an email sent your your email address, with an attachment of the current billing which is in the same format as the paper billing you normally receive.  You can sign up for this option at anytime.  An authorization form is attached, or feel free to come into the City Office to pick one up, or contact us if you have more questions.
